Rebecca Pugmire

Becs began dancing at Dance Unlimited at 8 years old and in 2014 she completed both her AJDA Jazz Advanced 2 and Solo Seal with Honours. Following this she attended full time training at Whitireia to study a Diploma of Commercial dance while also training with The Company NZ’s Academy team and Pump Dance Studios. She has since taken classes in London, Hong Kong, Australia and NZ from a number of renowned choreographers . Her love of HipHop choreography has been an ongoing passion since she started teaching at just 13. Over this time she has choreographed for a number of crews, high schools, soloists and duos that have received top placings in multiple competitions throughout NZ and performed at many local events such as the Warriors rugby game. When she’s not in the studio you can find Becs working on her other passion, doing Bridal and Special occasion makeup for her own beauty business. Becs loves sharing her passion for HipHop with her students and creating a fun/safe environment for our dancers to learn and grow in
